What is Leadership University?
What is the best way for the University of Alabama to grow with quality? We believe it comes from promoting the growth of our own people. During this two-year program, Leadership U will provide leadership development and skills improvement for up to 15 select members within the University of Alabama staff.

Is Leadership University Right For Me?

 

Leadership U was created through a partnership of The Leadership Academy, the Department of Human Resources and the College of Continuing Studies to impart valuable leadership skills and understanding among staff in professional/exempt positions within the University of Alabama with preference given to those already in management.

You will be taught by eminent leaders in the field. So, at your completion of Leadership U, you may be able to take advantage of a wider range of opportunities, making it easier to reach the top of your chosen field.
